Secondment of Cooperating Professionals to the ATCT

To carry out a technical cooperation mission abroad or in Tunisia, the persons who are hired once and for all are governed by the Law No. 85-75 dated July 20, 1985 as amended and supplemented.

Public sector employees are seconded to the ATCT while those of the private sector are subject to a commitment agreement entered into with the ATCT.

Public sector employees who are hired within the frame of technical cooperation are invited to settle their situation before social security funds in accordance with the provisions of Decree No.1789- 2007.
