The Tunisian Agency for Technical Cooperation (ATCT) organizes in coordination with the Islamic Development Bank (IDB) and the Tunisian Post Office, a diagnostic mission in Djibouti during the period from 05 to 11 June 2023, to set up an electronic payment platform by mobile phone for the benefit of Djiboutian Post.
This diagnostic mission aims to identify and evaluate the needs of the Djibouti post office and adjust the project components and budget.
