Job Description | -Prepares, influences and follows up on execution of business plan/strategies and Sales Fundamentals targets through market expertise and competitive assessment -Prioritize brand and customer requirements in line with company objectives -Manages the involvement of all sales workforce team, including customer support, service and management resources, so that team performance and objectives and customer expectations are met -Proactively inspects sales activities and efforts among the sales team managed, ensuring that the quality and quantity of sales effort meets business expectations -Takes a proactive leadership role in selling to customers, analyzing and improving market share, in addition to anticipating and resolving emerging problems Proactively inspects sales activities and efforts among sales team ensuring quality / BIC executions -Meets and delivers monthly initiatives, revenue forecast and develops sales tools and collateral plans - ldentifies deficiencies in skills among sales team and works to improve team capabilities through coaching, development and training -Manages the assigned budget to meet objectives -Briefs and trains sales force during meetings -Builds peer support and strong internal-company relationships with other key management personnel |
