Job Description | As part of our development, we are looking for our next HRIS Consultant to support our clients in the integration of their payroll solution. Your Missions: • Understand the expectations of the client / prospect and demonstrate the relevance of our solution; • Support the client in their project of implementing a solution • Perform HR and Payroll process audits, • Write the payroll white paper, and the different specifications • Support the client in the choice of HRMS solution, • Define the recipe strategy, • Carry out the execution of recipes • Test the proper functioning of business processes through the solution; Profile: • Graduated with a BAC 5 in Human Resources Management or IT / Information Systems • Significant experience in HRMS or MOA project management of at least 2 years •. You are organized, autonomous and have a good capacity for analysis & synthesis to carry out projects. •. Proficiency in payroll software. |
