Job Description
Determine with the director and the company team the purchasing policy of the raw materials, the production objectives in terms of costs, deadlines, quantities and quality;
• Ensure the production of the plant including organization, monitoring, coordination of storage and packaging operations according to a program that takes these objectives into account.
• Pilot, train, animate and coordinate teams: workers, shop technicians, engineers;
• Supervise and coordinate the distribution of tasks in close collaboration with the internal departments: quality service for the control of raw materials, products in the course of production and finished products, maintenance services for technical problems and sales manager for a good relationship with suppliers and customers.
• Translate the elements of the specifications into production objectives.
• Determine the need for raw materials, manufacturing inputs and spare parts
• Identify, enhance and develop the skills of the staff (desire for mobility, development of expertise ...).
• Participate in the definition of the team training plan and recruitment related to the HR department.
• Define and supervise the appropriate maintenance program of the industrial complex
