| Job Description | Key Responsibilities Francophone Recruitment • Identify, source, and screen qualified Francophone candidates who meet specific employer requirements. • Develop and maintain a database of Francophone candidates. • Review resumes and applications from Francophone candidates. • Conduct initial candidate selection and pre-qualification. • Communicate with candidates in both French and English throughout the recruitment process. • Explain job duties, qualifications, employment conditions, and recruitment requirements to candidates. • Ensure regular communication and follow-up with candidates. • Identify qualified candidates to submit for employer review and approval. Employer and Recruitment Coordination • Assist employers in meeting recruitment needs for positions requiring Francophone and Anglophone (bilingual) candidates. • Review employer requirements and identify suitable Francophone candidates. • Coordinate interviews between employers and candidates. • Prepare candidates for interviews with employers. • Follow up with employers regarding interview results and candidate selection. • Communicate recruitment updates to employers and internal teams. • Participate in recruitment projects tailored to specific employer and staffing needs. Recruitment Documentation • Prepare and maintain candidate profiles, resumes, screening notes, and recruitment-related documentation. • Verify candidate qualifications and supporting documents. • Organize, digitize, upload, and maintain recruitment files. • Maintain accurate candidate information in recruitment databases. • Ensure recruitment files are complete and up to date. • Assist in the preparation of job postings and employment-related documents. Immigration and Recruitment Support • Participate in recruitment activities related to the Francophone Mobility Program stream. • Support the preparation and coordination of requirements for Job Offer Assessments (JVA) and the Atlantic Immigration Program (AIP). • Participate in the employer approval process and the preparation of candidate documentation. • Coordinate with immigration and recruitment teams when additional documents or clarifications are required. • Ensure recruitment activities comply with company procedures and applicable requirements. Candidate Communication and Support • Maintain professional communication with candidates and provide assistance throughout the recruitment process. • Respond to candidate inquiries via telephone, email, and other communication channels. • Provide recruitment updates and follow up on outstanding documentation. • Help candidates understand job requirements and recruitment procedures. • Provide support in French to Francophone candidates when necessary. Recruitment Marketing and Outreach • Participate in candidate sourcing via job boards, social media, professional networks, and other recruitment channels. • Support Francophone recruitment campaigns and outreach initiatives. • Participate in job fairs, recruitment events, and community activities targeting Francophone and English-speaking (bilingual) candidates. • Develop and maintain relationships with Francophone communities, organizations, educational institutions, and recruitment networks. HR and Administrative Support • Assist the HR team with administrative tasks related to recruitment and human resources. • Maintain well-organized electronic and paper filing systems. • Prepare recruitment reports and updates for management. • Participate in employee onboarding activities when necessary. • Support the coordination of training sessions and other HR initiatives. • Perform any other related tasks assigned by management. Qualifications Experience 2 to less than 3 years of experience in recruitment, human resources, customer service, administration, or a related field. Previous experience in recruitment or working with French-speaking candidates is an asset. Experience in international recruitment or immigration-related recruitment is an asset.
