| Job Description | Description of the position to be filled Description of tasks and responsibilities: -Prepare the components for welding -Assemble the steel or aluminum structures according to the shop drawings provided by the engineering department -Understand and interpret shop drawings -Carry out welds on the assemblies while respecting the welding symbols drawn on shop drawings -Be able to take imperial and metric measurements -Respect health and safety rules Conditions of employment contract * -Respect health and safety rules at all times and use machines properly -Respect the work schedule established upon hiring -Respect all work colleagues, regardless of the position they occupy in the company Do you have the profile you are looking for? Requirements -DEP in welding (equivalent in Quebec) -2 to 3 years or more of experience -Having a Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB) card is an asset Quebec (https://www.cwbgroup.org/fr) -Ability to manufacture guardrails, stair railings Abilities - Rigor, attention to detail and concern for a job well done -Good analytical skills -Ability to work in a team -Ability to listen and follow recommendations provided by superiors and other colleagues Conditions Salary -Depending on experience and welder test: $24 to $27/hour.
