Job Description Job title: Assistant store manager (NOC 62010)

Required Skills


• Minimum education: Baccalaureate level;
• Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience;
• Flexibility in terms of availability (day, evening and weekend);
• Be able to organize your time effectively and manage your priorities;
• Good leadership and communication skills; And
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and high-volume environment.

Tasks

• Assist the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of store operations;
• Act as manager in office during the absence of the manager;
• Ensure that the company's internal standards and procedures are explained, understood and followed by all team members;
• Ensure that the inventory is done quickly and accurately to ensure the proper replenishment of merchandise and ensure that marketing standards are met;
• Participate in the recruitment and training of new employees;
• All other related tasks;

Conditions of employment: (Between 35 and 40 hours per week) Note that the period of employment is relative to the duration of the work permit issued under the Temporary Foreign Worker Program (TFWP)

Gross hourly wage: Between $17.65/hour and $19.65/hour, depending on experience
