GFT Canada is looking for passionate Scrum Masters to join our agile teams on large-scale projects. The mandates entrusted to you will require you to: • Assist the project team, including removing obstacles in their work; • Collaborate with the other Scrum Masters of the team to coach and guide the project team in understanding the AGILE approach in place; • Prepare and lead meetings: Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review; • Organize sprints and ensure their smooth running; • Ensure compliance with deliverables, schedule and commitments to the client; • Provoke change, create opportunities to ensure that the team is efficient, autonomous and motivated; • Facilitate discussions, decision-making and conflict resolution; • Communicate the vision and goals to the team.
