GFT Canada is looking for business analysts to integrate our agile teams on major projects.
The mandates entrusted to you will require you to:

• Take charge of business analysis files and coordinate various work related to processes, information systems or business solutions;
• Plan and lead workshops with client representatives and other client stakeholders;
• Identify the impacts on business processes and intervene with the implementation team;
• Document the various processes and procedures, user guides and other necessary communications;
• Participate and/or coordinate acceptance testing;
• Participate in the development of different strategies (organization of work, training, trials, etc.).

You have a place with GFT Canada if:

• You have experience in the role of business analyst in the field of insurance;
• You have strong relational skills and excellent analytical, synthesis and popularization skills;
• You have an advanced command of French and English.
