| Job Description | kitchen helpers Take customer orders; Wash, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs using manual and electrical appliances; Use fryer, grill, oven, dispensers and other equipment to prepare quick meals, such as sandwiches, burgers, fries, salads, ice cream, milkshakes and other beverages; Divide food into portions, assemble them, and wrap them or place them directly on plates to serve them to customers, and wrap food to take away; Use equipment to prepare specialized hot beverages such as coffee or tea; Serve food to customers, at the counter or at the buffet table; Stock refrigerators and salad counters, and keep records of quantities of food consumed; Receive payments for purchased food, as required.
