Job Description Main tasks :

- Ensure the preparation of workstations, in compliance with health and safety standards
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
-Organize and supervise buffets and banquets
-Order supplies and equipment
-Manage kitchen activities
-Inspect kitchens and service areas
-Prepare and cook special meals for patients as directed by the dietitian or chef
-Clean the kitchen and work areas
-Maintain inventory and records of food, items and equipment
-Prepare and cook dishes or complete meals
-Draw up menus, determine portions and assess food needs.

REQUIRED PROFILE

-You have at least 3 years of experience
-You have a professional training in Cooking;
- You have a perfect command of the health and safety standards specific to the field (HACCP);
-You are used to working under pressure, demonstrate autonomy, initiative and like teamwork;
-You are fluent in French, English is an asset;
