| Job Description | Forklift driver NOC: 7452 9 positions CATEGORY: C ADVANTAGES: Round-trip plane ticket + Insurance paid by the employer. Reporting to the operations manager, you carry out all activities related to the movement of goods, whether handling/sorting, storage, replenishment, destocking or order preparation. In this context, your main tasks are: • Inspect the forklift daily • Drive a standing Raymond type forklift • Assemble and prepare customer orders • Use a “scan” to prepare orders • Storage and retrieval management • Control of the conformity of the goods transported according to the documents • Keep your work area clean, safe and orderly at all times. • Work in collaboration with the various other departments of the company. • Place of exercise of the function: Within our warehouses (Room temperature, no fridge and freezer) Hourly volume: • 40 hours per week. • Stable schedule, Monday to Friday • 4:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. or until the end of order preparation / Night shift • Possibility of working overtime, paid at time and a half after 40 hours REQUIRED PROFILE • You wish to gain work experience in Quebec • You have a CACES R489 category 3/5 (or equivalent). • You are a person with good physical condition, excellent attention span and great reactivity. Autonomy, flexibility and versatility are your watchwords. You have team spirit. • Having a BEP in Logistics and Transport Or Bac pro Logistics (or equivalent) is an asset.
