Job Description Main tasks and responsibilities
1 Greet patients and visitors, initiate the registration process and provide routine information.
2 Handle telephone inquiries from patients.
3 Advise patients and families on financial matters such as insurance, and verify insurance coverage with insurance companies.
4 Respond to patient needs and inquiries and coordinate resolution of related issues.
5 Inform the direct superior of the presence of distinguished personalities or of the royal family to take special care during their visit.
6 Provide information and promote new services while interacting with patients.
7 Ensure daily closing of cash / credit invoices with the senior cashier and submit insurance documents via DMS.
8 Ensure that all patient concerns are met and that they are satisfied with the service provided.
9 Offer an additional service to ensure a high level of patient satisfaction.
10 Have a perfect knowledge of all information relating to hospital services, in order to respond efficiently and precisely to customer requests.
11 Have the ability to control and maintain calm around clients.
