| Job Description | MAIN TASKS Main responsibilities: • Install and calibrate equipment used to perform non-destructive testing; • Perform quality assurance tests or detect discontinuities or defects, using ultrasonic and radiographic instruments, penetrating liquids, magnetic particles, and other non-destructive testing methods; • Establish techniques for checking the product under control and ensuring strict adherence to safety instructions; • Apply the test criteria according to the specifications or standards in force and evaluate the results; • Compile and report the test results; PROFILE • You dream of settling in Quebec and living in the magnificent Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean region. • Do you have recognized training in metallurgical, chemical, materials or ceramic product engineering or in a related engineering discipline? ; • You have 2 years of experience in the field of engineering; • Do you have rigor, attention to detail and know how to be resourceful? ; • Work experience in the field of metallurgy will be considered an asset; • Knowledge of English will be considered an asset; COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • Salary starting at $ 23.15 / hour; • Type of contract: permanent and full-time • On call ; day / evening / night and weekend • Work vehicle provided; • Group insurance and group savings plan; |
