| Job Description | A Quebec company operating internationally and specializing in the manufacture of trucks for collecting waste and recyclable materials, is looking for an assembler to expand its team. As an assembler, your mission will be to assemble and assemble the pourers and to package the machines. Your tasks fall into four categories: assembly, assembly, modifications and maintenance. Tasks and Responsibilities • Assembly of the pourers oGather the pieces oCheck if everything is correct oVerify plan compliance o Prepare the tools o Pick up the parts at the store if necessary • Assembly of the pourer oInstall the bearings oInstall the hydraulic components oInstall the cylinders oInstall the hydraulic hoses using a wrench o Perform tests o Fit the bolts o Check if the bolts are tight oPlace the pieces in the right place oCheck if everything is correct oEvaluate assembly times o Request missing parts o Carry out manual assembly oCheck the fit o Make sure you have a compliant part • Carrying out modifications o Enlarge a hole using a grinding wheel o Make a hole with a drill oCheck if the parts are compliant • Maintenance of his workstation o Store the tools in the designated place after use oEnsure the cleanliness of your workstation on a daily basis oRoll up the grinding machine's wires in accordance with the safety rules in force in the company.
