Job Description Work in a hospital environment
The role of the Contact Center Quality Assurance Specialist is to monitor and assess Contact Center calls on the quality of interactions with patients across all communication channels. Coach Contact Center agents and team leaders to meet the Contact Center service standards and key performance indicators. Assist with training of new hire and create plans for ongoing needs-based training.
