Job Description

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assume the activities related to the marketing of pastry products.
Greet customers in a courteous and attentive manner.
Be attentive and receptive to the customer's request.
Promote personalized exchange.
Offer an alternative to the customer when the requested product is missing.
Respect the service standards of his department.
See to the production and planning of products.
Set up according to the quantity to be produced and organize the production sequence.
Make the different doughs (crumbly, leavened, etc.) ensuring fermentation control.
Carry out cooking, assembly and decoration of the parts.
Pack, weigh, label merchandise and make price changes.
Make the frontage of products according to established standards.
Rotate products according to established standards.

Apply food safety procedures, policies and standards.
Respect the rules of hygiene and adequate sanitation.
