|Job Description||THE POST
Under the supervision of the butcher's manager, the butcher has the mandate to perform all the tasks related to the processing, handling and preservation of pieces of meat offered in meat counters.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform all tasks related to the processing, handling and conservation of pieces of meat
Greet customers in a courteous and attentive manner.
Ask the necessary questions to know their needs.
Promote personalized exchange.
Offer an alternative to the customer when the requested product is missing.
Respect the service standards of his department.
Apply deboning and degreasing techniques fairly.
Pack, weigh, label merchandise and make price changes in accordance with labeling and price display standards.
