Job Description | · Skills and Job Description : ü Over ten years of experience as in-house counsel or in a law firm, with demonstrated capability in areas such as contract, corporate, governance, labor and employment law ü Strong and high organizing skills and time management ü General familiarity with and ability to apply Qatar laws, when applicable ü General familiarity with relevant legal concepts and best practices used in the MENA region ü Strong verbal and written communications skills both in Arabic and English ü Excellent Microsoft Office, typing and general computer skills ü English/Arabic proficiency is a must; French is useful but not required ü Proven ability to use appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to influence and build effective relationships with team members, partners and stakeholders ü Must be able to efficiently draft legal agreements, with immediate turnaround times as necessary ü Ability to multi-task and oversee/participate in multiple projects simultaneously ü Ability to negotiate contracts effectively so as to best protect the interests of the organization ü Familiarity and knowledge of alternative dispute resolution systems and methods of resolving conflicts/contract dispute matter |
