| Job Description | Candidates seeking positions are advised to complete this online form: This is before July 6, 2026 If the agency is provided with a sufficient number of candidats surpassing the required quantity, the date of candidature submission will be chosen according to the selection criteria Onsite Tunisia Basic Scope of Job Assist to maintain Ericsson Billing system (BSCS iX R3\EB20), CSG Interconnect Billing, Dunning System and BGH to ensure the stable running operation and support configuration request to support Telecom operator business requirement. Principal Duties And Responsibilities * Proactively monitor system performance, identify operational issues, and resolve them through structured troubleshooting and root cause analysis. * Investigate and resolve customer complaints and system-related incidents, ensuring minimal service disruption and high customer satisfaction. * Provide 24x7 support for internal users, ensuring seamless operation of applications and systems within scope. * Manage configuration and implementation of tariff changes, new promotions, products, and roaming partnerships. * Deliver functional support for online modules and ensure smooth billing, rating, and roaming processes across platforms. * Oversee billing processes: bill run monitoring, error resolution, custom script implementation, data extraction, and archiving. * Handle roaming operations: tariff setup, fraud investigations, and suspended call monitoring and resolution. * Manage interconnect setup for voice/SMS partners, ensure accurate CDR processing, generate reports, and perform reconciliation. * Improve system performance by identifying bottlenecks, evaluating process redesigns, and recommending enhancements. * Monitor Charging system availability, usage, and performance; implement upgrades, patches, and vendor-driven changes as required. * Execute scripts to automate tasks, extract data, and perform daily system health checks and reconciliations. * Lead or support implementation of departmental and cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives. * Support commercial teams by implementing system changes based on marketing or business requirements. * Conduct acceptance testing for new solutions, systems, and upgrades. * Perform routine maintenance, backup activities, and scheduled monitoring of Charging processes. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal standards, and uphold information security policies and confidentiality protocols. * Prepare and analyze operational reports, usage statistics, and trend analysis for system performance and business insights. * Meet defined KPIs and SLAs/OLAs, with supporting documentation and performance evidence. * Keep job knowledge current through training, networking, and professional engagement. * Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support departmental or organizational goals. Qualification * First degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline * Good Knowledge of BSCS iX R3/EB20 (Rating, Billing, Service Configuration), Mediation, Charging & related protocols & Interfaces. * Strong Knowledge in various E/// BSCS iX R3/EB20 modules especially in Rating and Billing configuration * Good Knowledge in Interconnect Billing and products * Strong Computer knowledge and UNIX, Linux use for administration and shell scripting. * Good knowledge in database like Oracle, SQL and etc. * Good knowledge in SOAP, Java * Required Ericsson BSCS iX R3, EB20, CSG Interconnect Billing, Dunning applications Special Skills * Independent problem solver, self-driven and possess great tact * Pleasant personality, excellent communications and presentation skills * Ability to work under pressure and flexible, willing extend working hours to exceptionally complete projects * Ability to work in a team, professionally and personally with different reporting schemes |
