| Job Description | The Product Development Manager develops and launches new products and modifies existing products to meet customer and consumer needs. They collaborate with the business unit to identify customer needs and interact with operational departments (process engineers, production planning, project engineers, and quality assurance) and the marketing department to implement new products in a timely manner. They must maintain an up-to-date database of relevant new product developments (e.g., through business and professional contacts and patent documentation) and represent Fempro-First Quality on professional technical committees.
