| Job Description | Key Responsibilities Functional Responsibilities • Analyze business processes and translate requirements into Oracle EBS functional and technical solutions. • Lead end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and support of Oracle EBS modules. • Conduct gap analysis and recommend best-practice solutions within Oracle EBS. • Configure Oracle EBS modules according to business needs and regulatory requirements. • Prepare functional specifications, business requirement documents (BRD), and solution designs. • Support UAT, production deployment, and post-go-live stabilization. • Provide functional leadership and guidance to junior consultants. Technical Responsibilities • Develop and review technical components including: o Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Extensions (RICEFW) o PL/SQL packages, procedures, triggers, and functions • Work closely with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of functional designs. • Perform system integrations with third-party applications using APIs, XML, and Web Services. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, data, and performance issues. • Support Oracle EBS upgrades, patches, and system enhancements. Required Oracle EBS Modules (one or more) • Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM) • SCM (PO, INV, BOM, WIP) • HRMS / Payroll • Projects / Costing • Any additional EBS modules are a plus Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. • 10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite. • Strong techno-functional expertise with deep functional knowledge and solid technical skills. • Proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms & Reports, and Oracle Workflow. • Experience with full Oracle EBS lifecycle implementations and support projects. • Strong understanding of business processes and ERP best practices. Preferred Skills • Experience with Oracle EBS R12.x • Knowledge of Oracle Database administration concepts • Exposure to Oracle Fusion or other ERP systems is an advantage • Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams |
