Tasks and responsibilities:
Fully supervise and manage all existing and new projects according to the timetable
Approved.
Preparing project implementation plans and monitoring the progress of work in the field and office.
Managing project engineers, assigning tasks to them, and monitoring their performance.
Review and approve quantity inventory, technical and financial presentations and extracts.
Direct coordination with owners, consultants, government agencies and suppliers.
Follow up on project contracts, payments, financial claims, and ensure compliance with contract terms.
Manage risks, solve field problems, and make appropriate decisions at the right time.
Submit periodic reports to senior management on project status, completion rates, challenges and solutions.
Improving internal procedures and developing work mechanisms within the projects department.
Conditions and qualifications:
Bachelor of Civil or Architectural Engineering.
At least 8 years of experience in project management in contracting companies.
Strong experience in supervising, implementing and delivering government and private projects.
.Excel, MS Project, and AutoCAD Mastering Engineering and Software
High ability to manage teams, make decisions, and deal with work pressure.
Excellent communication skills with internal and external parties.
Having a valid driver's license and the ability to move between project locations. |
