Main tasks:
Accurately inventory quantities from plans and locations
Project pricing and preparation of technical and financial presentations
Preparing extracts and following up on financial claims
Supervising the implementation of projects in the field
Coordination with consulting offices, owners and suppliers
Preparing periodic technical reports for management.
Conditions and qualifications:
Bachelor of Civil Engineering or Architecture
At least 5 years of experience in the contracting field.
And quantity inventory programs. Excel and AutoCAD Mastery
Familiarity with the Saudi building code and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in English language.
High skills in time management and working within a team.
Ability to move between projects within the Kingdom.
A valid driver's license – prerequisite.
