| Job Description | Min. Bachelor's degree in Electronics, instrumentation or a related field. Previous experience as Instrument instructor or trainer. for 5-10 years 10-15 years of practical industrial experience in Instrument Familiarity with Competency-based training delivery Familiarity with Competency Assurance frameworks Excellent communication and facilitation skills. Prior Experience with in Oil & Gas or Refinery sectors is compulsory conducted the classroom and on job training as per the program design and structure.
