| Job Description | Requirements: Practical experience in organic farm management. Ability to evaluate agrochemicals, pesticides and fertilizers in accordance with organic standards. Excellent experience in the production and management of market gardening crops (open and under shelter). Good knowledge of palm management (fertilization, irrigation, prevention and production). Pest control of palm trees, particularly against the red palm weevil. Skills in developing agricultural plans and technical reports. Prior experience in commercial farming or agricultural investment projects is an asset. |
