| Job Description | Bachelor's degree (Arabic/English) in mechanical engineering or related field. Previous experience as a mechanical maintenance trainer or trainer for 3 years. Proficiency in modern mechanical maintenance tools and techniques. Strong understanding of industry safety standards and regulations. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience in e-learning platforms and digital teaching tools. At least 5 years of industrial practical experience in the field of mechanical maintenance. Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and maintenance procedures. Experience in teaching or mentoring, preferably in a technical field. Ability to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs. Effective personal communication and interaction skills. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and other related programs. |
