Job Description Job Description:
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation and distribution staff
• Establish work methods to meet schedules
• Ensure quality control of food service
• Maintain inventory, repair, sales, and loss records
• Prepare and submit reports
• Supervise food and beverage servers, counter staff, and food preparation staff
• Supervise and verify tray assembly and meal delivery
• Assist management in hiring, training, and scheduling staff
• Communicate with customers and other employees to ensure customer needs are met
Working Conditions
• Full-time, permanent contract (35 to 40 hours)
• Hourly wage: $18.50 to $22 + tips
• 35 to 40 hours/ 5 days a week
• 10 days of vacation
• 1 month of temporary housing: $1,000
• Meals provided daily for staff
• Overtime: 1.5% of salary after 8 hours or 40 hours per week
• Holiday pay: 4% of gross salary
• Caregiver leave entitlements
• Sick leave and vacation days
• Social security contributions, such as Employment Insurance (EI) and the Canada Pension Plan
Additional Information
Computer skills are required for the use of point-of-sale (POS) applications.
