| Job Description | Multi-skilled Maintenance Employee (Landscaping, Housekeeping & Light Construction) Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking employee for a multi-skilled position. The ideal candidate will have experience in landscape maintenance, residential cleaning, and basic construction work. They should also be comfortable operating small tractors and motorized equipment. Main Responsibilities: Landscaping and Exterior Maintenance: • Mow lawns using motorized mowers. • Trim hedges and maintain flowerbeds. • Collect exterior waste (garbage, leaves, branches, etc.). • Perform small gardening and landscaping tasks. Interior Maintenance (residential or various buildings): • Vacuum carpets and floors. • Sweep and wash hard surfaces. • Clean common areas and ensure their cleanliness. • Remove interior garbage. Standard Construction Work: • Participate in basic construction tasks (loading materials, assembly, light demolition, etc.). • Follow construction site safety instructions. • Use hand and power tools safely. Machinery: • Drive and operate small tractors, snowblowers, or other maintenance equipment. • Perform basic checks before using machinery. Requirements: • Relevant experience in one or more of the above areas (an asset). • Valid driver's license (preferred). • Good physical condition and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. • Autonomy, organizational skills, and teamwork. • Ability to follow specific instructions and work safely. • Advanced French required (an understanding of English is an asset) – the TCF Canada will be required as part of the immigration process. Working Conditions: • Salary of $20/hour • Full-time, 40 hours/week • Schedule varies depending on the season and weather. • Physical and manual labor. • Dynamic and diverse environment.
