Job Description The Tunisian Agency for Technical Cooperation informs you that the Francophone Association for Childcare Services Education of Ontario, as part of its support for French-language educational centers based in Ontario, British Columbia, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island, is seeking 50 early childhood educators to provide quality educational services and learning programs to children while adhering to the profession's code of ethics. These individuals must be passionate about child learning and development, trained in early childhood education, and able to communicate effectively in French to work directly with children in the centers. • Contract type: Employer dependent, 3-year fixed-term contract or possibility of permanent contract
• Work schedule: 30-40 hours per week
• Net salary: Starts at CA$2,150/month and varies by employer and province depending on the recognition of credentials
• Benefits: Support with work permit applications through the Mobilité Francophone program with IRCC, referral to community resources for settlement assistance, benefits depending on the employer (pension plan or RRSP, group insurance plan with prescription drugs, eye exams, paramedical services, medical supplies, life insurance, employee assistance program, recognition days, awards ceremonies, professional development opportunities in French, etc.)
Location of work: Canada (Ontario, British Columbia, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island)

Main responsibilities:
• Participate in program implementation while respecting the individual needs of the children; • Plan and provide children with activities adapted to their developmental level;
• Ensure the safety of the children under their care;
• Help children self-regulate and develop good habits while thriving;
• Support families to support children's development.
Required Qualifications:
• Enjoy maintaining positive, sensitive, and attentive relationships with children; demonstrate a positive attitude, collaborate with their team, and contribute to creating an environment conducive to learning; demonstrate good adaptability, organizational skills, and creativity; be dynamic, responsible, and passionate in their daily work.
• Must have a specialized diploma in early childhood education or a diploma in early childhood education;
• Have at least two years of early childhood experience in a daycare, kindergarten, or nursery;
• Have an excellent level of French (must pass the Canadian Language Proficiency Test for Francophone Mobility) and an acceptable level of English (to be able to communicate with families and the rest of the community, as French is the minority language).
