| Job Description | Position Summary: As a Farm Tractor Mechanic, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair and servicing of farm tractors. You will work on a variety of agricultural machinery, ensuring their proper operation. Position Responsibilities: • Diagnose mechanical problems on agricultural tractors, • Carry out repairs and preventive maintenance according to the manufacturer's specifications, • Use specialized tools and equipment to carry out repairs, • Respect safety standards and work protocols in force. Required Skills • Prior experience in mechanics, specifically in the repair of agricultural tractors, • Mastery of mechanical and electrical systems of tractors, • Skills in diagnosis and problem solving, • Ability to work independently while being an effective member of a team, • Knowledge of specialized tools and equipment used in the repair of heavy equipment and agricultural tractors, Training and certification • Diploma in agricultural mechanics or equivalent diploma, • Certifications or specific training on agricultural tractors (an asset). Remuneration and Benefits: • Hourly salary: $23 - $30 depending on experience • Works 40 hours/week |
